Our first seasonal flowers will be peonies available in mid to late May, depending on weather. Click on our Welcome Page and PEONY SEASON to view our varieties.
Following peonies, white smooth and panicle hydrangeas appear ( see HYDRANGEA SEASON), along with fillers of nigella and orlaya, and then salvia and leucanthemum/daisiesas well as calendula and bachelor buttons.
Edible pansies and nasturtiums are available in early July for charcuterie, cake and cocktail garnishes.
Our full growing season including lisianthus (see LISIANTHUS SEASON) begins mid-July with dahlias in mid-August (see DAHLIA SEASON). Our growing season wraps up in late September or early October or whenever frost appears.
