Peony bloom time runs from mid-May to the end of June. As our peony plants mature into their 4th year, we are hopeful for a great many blooms this season.
Our peonies are sold by the bunch with a stem count of 10 in each bunch. Colours available are: WHITE (mix of any available whites), LIGHT PINK (mix of any available light pinks), DARKS (mix of any available of Dr Alexander Fleming, Kansas and Red Magic), LEMON (very limited quantities), and CORAL (very limited quantities).
DUCHESSE DE NEMOURS
The Most Gorgeous double snow white heirloom peony. White with hints of pink upon opening. Our earliest bloomer usually blooming about May 20th. Fragrant and perfect for weddings. An heirloom variety from the French breeder Calot dated 1856. Bloom size matures at 5-7″.

FESTIVA MAXIMA
Pure white double heirloom peony with flecks of crimson red. Lightly-scented. An heirloom variety from the French breeder Miellez dated 1951. Blooms mature at 5-7″.

MOTHER’S CHOICE
Pearly-white double peony with a faint blush. They start out ivory white and develop a slight hint of champagne during the blooming process. The shape is that of a refined rose. Developed in 1950 by American breeder Glasscock.

SOLANGE
Cream coloured delicately tinted in ecru and pale salmon-pink, this is a double flowering heirloom peony that dates to 1907 from the French breeder Lemoine. Buds open slowly to form globular, 7″ blooms resembling extraordinarily large roses.

Light pastel pink double peony

DR ALEXANDER FLEMING
Deep rose pink double blooms which fade to a paler pink at the edges. The perfect compliment being two shades darker than Sarah Bernhardt.

KANSAS
Vivid crimson double flowers on exceptionally strong stems. This old variety has been around since 1940 and it’s still widely considered the very best double red Peony.

RED MAGIC
Cranberry-red large double blooming peony. Bloom size matures at 5 to 7″.
Mid-late season bloomer.
LEMON CHIFFON
Lemon yellow to antique ivory colours in a semi-double peony. This herbaceous peony starts out as a single bloom and after a few years it magically forms double blooms.

PINK HAWAIIAN CORAL
Rose-coral double peony with mustard yellow centre stamens. As this fragrant peony ages, its colour changes to light coral or cream. Bloom size matures at 5 1/2″.
