FLORAL BUCKETS will contain a minimum of 50 stems of florals and foliage in a variety of colours and textures selected by the grower based on what looks best in the field on the day of cutting. This offering is available with an add on of a 45 minute private farm visit to discuss your wishes for variety, colour and quantities, however, final selections will be chosen by the grower based on what looks best in the field on the day of cutting. You are welcome to bring up to 3 persons with you to view our blooms. Typically, a bride comes with the persons who will be arranging the flowers.
FLORAL BUCKETS will contain as many stems as we can comfortably fit into a bucket without damaging stems…usually buckets will hold 30 flowers and 20 stems of filler. We strive to give you a full bucket but we may split focal flowers into a separate bucket at no extra charge to avoid crushing blooms.
Please note that nature dictates what looks best in the field on any given day and week and for that reason, we are unable to guarantee any particular bloom variety or colour will be available. We do our best to provide you with your desired blooms or a beautiful substitute.
Premium flowers (any of peonies, hydrangeas, dahlias, lisianthus) are included in FLORAL BUCKETS however if a full bucket of premium flowers is required, it must be purchased separately. Prices range from $2.50 to $5 per stem for premium flowers with a 10 stem minimum per variety.
DIY GROWER’S CHOICE FOLIAGE BUCKETS – $95 PER BUCKET:
Each DIY Grower’s Choice FOLIAGE Bucket will contain a minimum of 70 stems of foliage in a variety of colours and textures selected by the grower based on what looks best in the field on the day of cutting. Please note that nature dictates what looks best in the field on any given day and week and for that reason, we are unable to guarantee any particular bloom or colour will be available.

YOUR EVENT, ONCE A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE HAS BEEN RECEIVED, IS OUR HARVESTING PRIORITY FOR THE EARLY MORNING CUTTING WINDOW FOR YOUR PARTICULAR PICK-UP DAY. FOR THIS REASON, WE REQUIRE A TWO-BUCKET MINIMUM.
PICK UP WILL BE ARRANGED WITH THE GROWER ON THE MORNING THAT THE FLOWERS ARE CUT. CUTTING IS DONE 1-2 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.
THE BUCKETS OF BLOOMS MUST BE TAKEN DIRECTLY FROM THE FIELD TO A COOLER OR AIR CONDITIONED SPACE AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND ALLOWED TO SIT IN BUCKETS OF FRESH WATER TO UPTAKE HYDRATION FOR AT LEAST 2-3 HOURS BEFORE HANDLING.
PLEASE NOTE: THE OKANAGAN HEAT ARRIVES QUICKLY IN THE MORNINGS SO DO NOT PLAN ANY OTHER ERRANDS DURING THE TIME OF PICK UP BECAUSE THE FRESHNESS OF THE FLOWERS ARE YOUR PRIORITY AND THEY MUST GO DIRECTLY INTO A COOL SPACE AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR VEHICLE HAS SUFFICIENT SPACE FOR THE QUANTITIES OF FLOWERS YOU HAVE ORDERED AND VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONING IS TURNED ON.
