Dahlia Season spans August to early October (or first frost! ) and availability varies daily.

Our dahlias include CAFE AU LAITS, KARMA CHOCOLATES, KARMA WHITE & BALL SHAPES. Our varieties of ball shaped dahlias change from year to year and are usually white, rose or copper coloured but may include the varieties show below.

This popular cultivar is well know for its fluidity of colour. Blush cafes are the exception, not the rule, so be prepared for its varied personality of colours!

CAFE AU LAIT

8 to 10″ Blooms come out vibrant pink/fushia with some blooms aging to a creamy blush beige. More creamy blush beige blooms appear later in the growing season. (late Sept to early Oct). Showstoppers, romantic, perfect for wedding work.

Note: Over the course of a single growing season, a plant may produce flowers that are buff, cream, pale yellow, blush pink or even white with streaks of violet-pink.

THE MANY FACES OF CAFE AU LAIT DAHLIAS

KARMA CHOCOLATE

4 to 6″ blooms in a waterlily style. Colour is a dark velvety red, almost black at centre.

Strong dark foliage unlike green foliage on most dahlias. These sturdy, forward facing blooms are longer lasting that most dahlias and are specifically bred for the cut flower industry.  Karma Chocolate is the perfect compliment to a Cafe au Lait dahlia !
